	This is a belated reply to your letter of December 5, 1977.
I am interested in the proposed group to deal with foreign policy
issues, and I would like to receive information about current activities.
I might be able to contribute from time to time, but I am unsure
of my capabilities in that direction and am overloaded with work, so
